Cast, heat stabilised, high density polyamide 6 with a highly crystalline structure

When compared to extruded or cast polyamides, this material offers greater performances in terms of thermal ageing in the air (resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation), whereby the operating temperature in continuous service can be increased by 15-30 °C. 

It is recommended, in particular, for the manufacture of bushings and other mechanical wear parts that operate in the open air for long periods of time at temperatures above 60 °C.
