These semi-finished products are made with RADEL® R resin.
This material offers better chemical resistance and impact strength than PEI 1000 and PSU 1000.
This material offers better chemical resistance and impact strength than PEI 1000 and PSU 1000.
It also has greater hydrolysis resistance before failure, as proved by tests consisting in repeated steam cycles in an autoclave.
PPSU 1000 virtually has unlimited resistance to steam sterilization, which makes it an excellent solution for the manufacture of parts for the biomedical industry that are subjected to frequent steam sterilization cycles.
