Closed-cell polyurethane foam
Manufactured in densities from 300 to 650 kg/m3, it offers remarkably greater deformability than other compact elastomers.

It is the ideal solution to solve complex swinging problems thanks to its relatively low absorption and its ability to bear a higher dynamic load.

The features of Vulkocell® include:
- greater workability with increased density;
- uniform behaviour under compression within a temperature range from -20 to +80 °C;
- minimum permanent deformation in continuous vacuum conditions;
- resistance to oil and grease;
- photosensitive material (brown in colour).

Applications: its remarkable properties make Vulkocell® the best solution for the manufacture of springs and vibration-damping parts for the automotive industry, including gaskets for hoods and joints for ball bearings, clutch rings, and pressure bars.

Sizes: thickness from 2 to 65 mm; sheets 250x500 mm
