This is a modified polyethylene terephthalate by incorporation of uniformly dispersed solid lubricants in its structure.
This specific formulation offers outstanding self-lubricating properties.
In addition to excellent wear resistance, this material has a better friction coefficient and enhanced U factor performances - product of specific load by sliding speed -, if compared to PET.
