Partly made of reconditioned HD 1000 material, this formulation shows the same physical properties as and yet generally lower costs than PE HD 1000.
Compared to PE HD 500, however, it has better impact strength and wear resistance, in absolute terms. PE-UHMW (very high molecular weight polyethylene) is used in handling equipment and in high-volume material storage systems.
This material is available in black colour and is also antistatic (ref. table).
