Technical features
Hose designed in accordance with standard EN 12115 for the suction and delivery of chemicals.
Hose tested and certified by INERIS for use in Atex zones (Ex-Zone)
Substrate: EPDM, black, conductive
Reinforcements: synthetic fabrics, copper wire for electrostatic dissipation, galvanized steel spiral wires incorporated in hose wall
Coating: smooth, EPDM, black, conductive, resistant to abrasion, ageing and ozone; impression fabric surface.
Marking: lilac transfer TUCHEM® EPDM, embossed band in accordance with standard EN 12115, EPDM EN12115:2011 DN SD PN 16 BAR Ω/T Q/Y
Temperature: -40 °C / +120 °C
Vacuum resistance: 675 mmHg (26.6 inHg)
Electrical properties: type Ω/T, in accordance with EN 12115 (R<106 Ω, R<109 Ω through hose wall)
Standards: EN12115 and TRbF131/2.
