Ertacetal is a DELRIN® AF mix. a combination of PTFE fibres evenly distributed in an acetal resin.

This material boasts many intrinsic properties as POM-H. while some other properties are affected by changes resulting from the addition of the PTFE fibres that are softer and thus reduce the material stiffness. but a the same time make it more sliding if compared to virgin acetal resin.

Parts manufactured with ERTACETAL H-TF show a low friction coefficient and enhanced resistance to wear. and they are basically free of the stick-slip effect.
