Thanks to its 30% fibreglass reinforcement, this grade offers greater stiffness, mechanical strength and creep resistance than DURATRON 4203 PAI.
The material is recommended for structural applications intended to withhold static loads for long periods of time at high temperatures.
The adaptability of DURATRON T5530 PAI to moving parts, however, must be tested thoroughly as the fibreglass in the material tends to abrade the contact parts.

Specifications
- High maximum operating temperature in air (+250 °C continuously)
- Excellent retention of mechanical strength, stiffness and creep resistance within a wide range of temperatures
- Very low linear thermal expansion coefficient, up to +250 °C
- Excellent behaviour with friction and wear (this is especially true for DURATRON 4301 PAI)
- Low intrinsic flammability
- Extraordinary resistance against high energy radiation
