Rubber hose for water flow, model VAPORESISTANT/18 N

Intended for the delivery of steam in heavy-duty cleaning and fire-fighting systems, both in industries and in refineries This hose is compliant with standards BS 5342, type 2A, for saturated steam at 17 bar (206 °C) and for superheated steam peaks (232 °C).

To preserve efficiency over time, the hose must be drained after use to remove condensate. 

Substrate: smooth, made of black, high heat and steam resistance rubber, specifically designed to prevent cracking and hardening as a result of over time

Reinforcements: brass-finished, spring steel strands

Coating: made of black rubber resistant to abrasion, heat, the elements, and ozone; provided with micro perforations for  

easier gas exhaust; smooth impression fabric surface

Temperature: -40 °C / +232 °C

Marking: BS 5342 2A [Year] 17 Bar - 250 PSI /[Ø]/ 232 °C - 450 °F DRAIN AFTER USE (in white characters)
